Port Jervis Fish & Chips started with a simple belief: that the best fish and chips don't need a fancy kitchen — they need fresh ingredients, a hot pot, and someone who actually cares about the result.
Every morning we start with a fresh catch, hand-cut and battered to order. Our batter is light, crisp, and never greasy. Our chips are thick-cut and fried twice for a fluffy interior and a golden shell.
We've been serving the Port Jervis community for years, and we plan to keep doing it the same way — one plate at a time.
